Boardroom Sessions

The hockey season is now underway, and many teams are looking for to continue to expand player’s hockey IQ and gain a competitive edge. Players of all ages have found there is a huge benefit to watching video and discussing concepts to expand their hockey knowledge.

Book your Team Training Boardroom Session with Jets Hockey Development to provide an opportunity for players to gain more knowledge about the game this winter. The more players learn and understand the game, the better they will be able to make decisions on the ice. By taking time in the boardroom with the team, your coaches can maximize the time on the ice for practice to get more out of each player. During these sessions, all players will be engaged through answering questions, discussions, and recognition of situations using National Hockey League video clips.

Minor Hockey Associations can also use these boardroom sessions as an opportunity for coaching development opportunities to develop their association coaches.  With both Power Skating and Skill topics being offered, coaches can build skill development into their team structured practice plans to contribute to stronger team systems. Association coaching clinics will provide a detailed practice plan for coaches to bring back to their teams based on relative topics.
