Off Ice: Monday – Friday 9:15 a.m.
No sessions August 6 due to long weekend
This high level female program is designed for Prep, NCAA, and CIS level athletes. Our hockey specific training focuses on preparing players to make an impact in the upcoming season.
- Three one-hour on-ice sessions per week (M/W/F 8:00am)
- Five off-ice strength and conditioning sessions (M/T/W/T/F 9:15am)
