Players can always be looking for opportunities to get better and work on things that they need to work on. On February 19th 2018, all Peewee aged (2005/2006) players will have the opportunity to come to BELL MTS ICEPLEX and work on skills necessary in their position with our professional skills coaches. Players will work on skills that don’t involve flow drills or bag skates, but rather work on specific areas of their game to help them perform at a higher level.
These two on-ice sessions are designed to help players build confidence in their position leading into playoffs. Small area drills will be used to keep skating to a minimum. Players will be informed about the purpose of each drill, and time will be allotted for players to work through the necessary repetitions to build confidence in each area.
