Why We Train Athletes
Over the last several years our training focus has shifted to mostly athletes for a variety of reasons, but most importantly: they are very goal driven, they work hard to achieve their goals, and after they’ve achieved a goal, they set new, loftier goals. It is for this reason that athletes are fun to work with.

SPRING / SUMMER PERFORMANCE HOCKEY PROGRAMS
We offer comprehensive summer hockey programs for a range of ages starting at Atom all the way up to the College and Pro level.
Our Team Training sessions are a combination of team building exercises along with strength and conditioning programs to help your team not only perform at their highest level, but also build a cohesive team unit at the same time. Sessions are available during the following times during the Fall, Winter & Spring:

|Saturday||11:30A.M. – 1:00P.M.|
**Please note that Team Training is not available in the Summer.
Individual In-Season Training
For adults or youth athletes in any sport looking to have their own program tailored for their needs and goals, the Individual Season Training program will allow you to train in small groups or on your own (usually 1 trainer to a max of 4 individuals). For youth athletes we give you the flexibility to create your training schedule based on your practice, game and activity schedules, so as not to fatigue or cause muscle soreness at important times in the sport schedule. Individual Season Training is available by appointment.

Adult Strength & Conditioning Classes
Adult Strength & Conditioning (ASC) classes are for people of all types – from seasoned gym veterans, to weekend warriors, to someone that wants to try something new to get into shape. All our classes are led by a qualified trainer who will take you through your workout. Classes are co-ed and run for approximately 1 hour in length. Fall and Winter ASC classes run at the following times:

3:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.
5:30 P.M. – 6:30 P.M.
