This training program is for young players who are looking for a more challenging hockey environment and aspire to play at an elite level. Athletes will train three days per week putting a greater emphasis on developing the strength and conditioning necessary to improve on-ice hockey performance and overall athletic ability. Off-ice, through a customized training program, the athlete will improve their strength, endurance, speed, quickness, balance, and coordination. On-ice, players will focus on their individual skill sets to take their game to the next level.
July 2 to August 22, 2019 (8 week program)
- 22 one-hour off-ice strength and conditioning sessions (M/Tu/Th evenings 6:30 PM)
- 22 one-hour on-ice sessions (M/Tu/Th evenings 8:00 PM)
- Jets Hockey Development jersey and Focus Fitness gear
- Dedicated, full-time professional coaching staff
