College Summer Program

This program is for NCAA/U Sports who are looking to develop throughout the offseason to make an impact next year. The program focuses on each player’s individual attention to details as players continue to play at a higher level. Players must have signed with a College or University team to register.

July 2 to August 23, 2019 (8-week program)

No session August 5 due to the long weekend

Program Includes:

  • Three one-hour on-ice sessions per week (M/T/Th, 1:15 p.m.)
  • Five off-ice strength and conditioning sessions per week (M/T/W/Th/F, 2:30 p.m.)
  • Physical testing and assessment
  • Eight-week progressive workout plan
  • Performance nutrition guidance
  • Qualified, NHL experienced on and off ice training staff
  • JHD practice jersey and Focus Fitness gear
