Our Performance Hockey program is the pinnacle of our Hockey Focused Training System and one of the most intense specific hockey preparation programs you’ll find anywhere. The program is for serious players at the Pro level who want to achieve peak performance for the upcoming hockey season.
- Three 75-minute on-ice sessions per week (M/W/F 9:15 a.m.)
- Five off-ice strength and conditioning sessions (M/T/W/T/F 7:45 a.m. or 10:45 a.m.)
- Physical testing and assessment
- Eight week progressive workout plan
- JHD practice jersey and Focus Fitness gear
- Qualified, NHL experienced on and off-ice training staff
