This high level female program is designed for Prep, NCAA, and CIS level athletes. Our hockey specific training focuses on preparing players to make an impact in the upcoming season.
Tuesday, July 2 to Friday, August 23, 2019 (8 week program)
Ice Sessions: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Off Ice: Monday – Friday 9:15 a.m.
No sessions August 5 due to long weekend
- Three one-hour on-ice sessions per week
- Five off-ice strength and conditioning sessions per week
- JHD practice jersey and Focus Fitness gear
- Qualified, NHL experienced on and off-ice training staff
