Spring 2022 – Advanced Hockey 101 (FORWARDS) 2007s, 2008s

Once the regular season has come to an end, it is time to start to focus on your individual development. Advanced Hockey 101 is designed for both Forwards and Defencemen with the direct objective to help you get better at skills required to play your position. By taking the time to work on necessary skills, players can build confidence and will feel like they are able to contribute more to their team. This program will work through a variety of options for players to make better decisions in games.

Jets Hockey Development will be offering players who want to get better the opportunity to enroll in a training program where they can work on specific topics needed to play the game at the highest levels. Designed and coached by the Jets Hockey Development team, these specific programs will allow players to work through detailed progressions to improve each time they step on the ice.

ADVANCED HOCKEY 101 SESSIONS WILL COVER IN DETAIL:
PUCK RETRIEVALS FIRST PASS OPTIONS
SUPPORTING PARTNER OFFENSIVE TIMING
SHOOTING FOR DEFLECTIONS ANGLING / STICK POSITION
LATERAL MOVEMENT AND MORE…

DATE: Tuesday on a weekly basis from April 5, 2022 – June 14, 2022
TIME: 7:35 PM – 8:35 PM
COST: $405.00 +GST (includes JHD jersey)
Sessions: 11
AGE GROUP: 14- 15 years old
