Summer 2021 – Junior Prospects Program
Our Junior Prospects Program is designed to prepare players getting ready to take another step towards Junior Hockey. This program will focus on identifying and working on the key points for development to prepare players for the upcoming season. Players will work through a progression plan with sessions designed for individual skill development as well as sessions for team concepts to build their hockey knowledge.
Off-ice training is an integral part of a hockey players development. For an athlete to fully realize their potential on the ice they must develop the physiological attributes necessary to put themselves in the best position to be successful. This is done by increasing strength, power, speed, quickness and learning how to properly take care of your number one tool in sport, your body. To play and compete at the highest level an athlete must take the responsibility to work hard at everything that is within their control. Preparing your mind and body for success on the ice is within your control. Accept the challenge. Test your will.
This program is specifically for players at the AAA /Provincial level or those who are committed to improvement.
Dates: July 5 to August 27th, 2021 (8-week program)
*no session August 2 due to the long weekend
Ice Sessions: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.
Off Ice: Monday – Friday 12:00 pm
- Three one-hour on-ice sessions per week
- Five off-ice strength and conditioning sessions per week

- Qualified, NHL experienced on and off-ice training staff
